These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gygaz website, apps, APIs, widgets, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Gygaz is an informational service that provides cryptocurrency-related data, tools, and calculations. The Service is provided for general information purposes only.

2. No Brokerage, No Exchange, No Custody

Gygaz is not a broker, dealer, exchange, payment processor, money transmitter, wallet provider, or financial intermediary.

  • Gygaz does not custody, hold, control, or safeguard any user funds or private keys.
  • Gygaz does not execute, initiate, route, or settle transactions on your behalf.
  • Any actions you take using third-party services (exchanges, wallets, networks, bridges, dApps) are solely between you and those third parties.

3. Information & Calculations Only

The Service provides information, estimates, and calculations (for example, routes, fees, timings, rates, network parameters, and similar metrics). All outputs are indicative and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or out of date.

4. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing is a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, trade, or use any asset, product, or service. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

5. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency markets and blockchain networks are risky and may result in significant losses. You understand and accept, without limitation, the following risks:

  • Price volatility, slippage, liquidity issues, and rapidly changing market conditions.
  • Network fees (gas), congestion, reorgs, downtime, and protocol changes.
  • Smart-contract, bridge, and counterparty risks; hacks, exploits, fraud, and scams.
  • Exchange and wallet risks, including freezes, delistings, withdrawal limits, and operational failures.

  • that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • that any estimated route, fee, or time will match real execution conditions.

You should independently verify critical information before making decisions.

7. Eligibility & Compliance With Laws

You may use the Service only if you can form a legally binding agreement and your use is permitted by applicable laws. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including sanctions, AML/CFT rules, and tax obligations. If you are prohibited from using the Service in your jurisdiction, do not use it.

8. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all actions you take based on information from the Service.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your devices, accounts, wallets, private keys, and credentials.
  • You must confirm addresses, networks, assets, tags/memos, and transaction parameters before transacting with third parties.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful activities, including fraud, market manipulation, or sanctions evasion;
  • reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • scrape or harvest data at scale without permission, or overload the Service (including via bots) in a way that harms availability;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with Gygaz or use the Service to mislead others.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, logos, and compiled outputs, is owned by or licensed to Gygaz and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. Gygaz does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, policies, and risk disclosures.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYGAZ AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYGAZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • any transaction you perform with third parties (exchanges, wallets, networks, bridges, dApps);
  • incorrect addresses, wrong networks, missing tags/memos, or user error;
  • market movements, slippage, liquidity changes, fee changes, congestion, or downtime;
  • security incidents, hacks, exploits, or failures of third-party services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gygaz and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

Gygaz may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Gygaz may also update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Service. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

Gygaz may restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Gygaz is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
