Disclaimer
Last updated: January 15, 2026
This Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to your access to and use of the Gygaz website, applications, widgets, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Disclaimer.
1) Informational and educational purposes only
Gygaz provides information, calculations, estimates, and tools related to cryptocurrencies, blockchain networks, exchanges, fees, routes, and other market data. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
2) Not financial / investment / trading advice
Gygaz does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes or should be interpreted as:
- a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset;
- an endorsement of any token, protocol, exchange, wallet, bridge, or strategy;
- a solicitation or offer to purchase or sell any securities or other financial instruments.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
3) No brokerage, exchange, custody, or transaction services
Gygaz is not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, payment processor, investment adviser, or financial intermediary. Gygaz:
- does not custody digital assets or private keys;
- does not execute trades, transfers, swaps, bridges, deposits, or withdrawals on your behalf;
- does not guarantee settlement or successful completion of any transaction.
Any actions you take with third-party services (exchanges, wallets, bridges, blockchains) are performed at your own risk and governed by those third parties’ terms.
4) Data may be inaccurate, delayed, or different from reality
Crypto markets and blockchain networks change rapidly. The Service may display or calculate items such as prices, liquidity, spreads, slippage, network fees ("gas"), exchange fees, withdrawal fees, minimums, limits, processing times, confirmations, and route availability. These values are estimates and may differ materially from actual results due to, for example:
- market volatility, order book changes, and slippage;
- exchange-specific spreads, tiers, promotions, and hidden costs;
- network congestion, MEV effects, reorganizations, validator behavior, and finality differences;
- contract upgrades, bridge risk events, outages, maintenance, rate limits, and API errors;
- withdrawal suspensions, KYC/region restrictions, limits, and compliance controls.
Prices, fees, and routes shown by Gygaz are not guaranteed.
5) You must independently verify before acting
Before taking any action (including trading, swapping, bridging, or transferring), you agree to:
- independently verify all critical information directly with the relevant exchange, wallet, protocol, or blockchain explorer;
- check current fees, minimums, limits, token contract addresses, and network selection;
- consider testing with small amounts first.
You are solely responsible for confirming accuracy and suitability.
6) Risk disclosure (crypto is high risk)
Cryptocurrency and digital asset activity involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss. Risks include (but are not limited to):
- extreme volatility and illiquidity;
- smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, and protocol failures;
- bridge risks, custodial risks, hacks, phishing, and SIM swaps;
- irreversible transactions and incorrect address/network selection;
- regulatory changes, sanctions, and service restrictions;
- tax consequences and reporting obligations.
You should consult qualified professionals if you need guidance.
7) Third-party links and services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, exchanges, wallets, protocols, blockchains, or data providers. Gygaz does not control these third parties and is not responsible for:
- their availability, security, accuracy, or policies;
- any losses, fees, or damages arising from your use of them.
Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
8) No warranties; “as is” and “as available”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
Gygaz does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gygaz and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other losses arising out of or related to:
- your use of or reliance on the Service;
- any inaccuracy, delay, or omission in data or calculations;
- any actions taken through third-party services;
- any transaction failure, loss, theft, or hacking event.
If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
10) Jurisdiction and eligibility
The Service may not be available or appropriate in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in your location, including rules related to digital assets, sanctions, and exchange usage.
11) Changes to this Disclaimer
Gygaz may update this Disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
